Pork Tenderloin

All of our Pork is locally sourced from within a 10 mile radius of the shop. We currently use 2 local family run farms, where the pigs are bred and reared to a consistently high standard ensuring the best tasting product every time.
 
The leanest and most tender of pork cuts, also known as a pork fillet or less commonly a gentleman’s cut, the Pork tenderloin is versatile and best for quick roasting, grilling or braising. Or marinade in a smoky spice rub and cook on the BBQ.
